Ivan Kocić  |  biography

Ivan Kocic was born in Trstenik, Serbia in 1982. He finished his studies of wall painting at the Academy of Applied Arts in Belgrade as the best student for year 2006.

He has had several solo- and a number of group- exhibitions. Also he has produced a large number of wall paintings and interventions: murals, frescoes and mosaics on public buildings.
He is a member of the Serbian Artist Association.

Lives and works in Belgrade (Serbia).

EDUCATION:

   – Master degree, Wall painting department Academy of Applied Arts in Belgrade  (October 2001 – June 2006)

MEMBERSHIP  IN  PROFESSIONAL  ASSOCIATIONS   :

   -ULUS (Association of Serbian Artists) since 2008. 

   -ULUPUDS ( Association of Serbian Artists of Applied Arts ) since 2011.

WORK  EXPERIENCE:

 – Four years of experience working as a freelance designer in the field of overall

   branding and marketing solutions for foreign customers.

 – Workshops of inclusive character for children with and without disabilities at

   Assistance Association for Mentally Challenged Persons, Trstenik 2011.-2012.

AWARDS:

   – Best student of the generation 2001-2006.

   – Prize fund of Branko Šotra /  Academy of Applied Arts in Belgrade 2006.

    -Annual exhibition of ULUS prize for 2013.
